In an interview with the Washington Times, President Bush's said, "I don't see how someone can be President without having a relationship with the Lord." Besides being a perfectly reasonable remark, by someone who has such a relationship, and has held the job for four years, was this G.W.'s way of tweaking all those very high-strung Liberals, who are still confounded and exasperated by the idea that Christians provided President Bush with the winning margin of his re-election?
