ABCNews.com reports that "Authorities announced the arrest of an al-Qaida figure allegedly behind the vast majority of the car bombings in Baghdad. A top lieutenant of al-Zarqawi's terror group, Sami Mohammed Ali Said al-Jaaf... [who] confessed to building approximately 75 percent of the car bombs used in attacks in Baghdad since March was arrested during a raid in Baghdad."
I want to join with Senator Kennedy et al. in demanding that Sami Mohammed Ali Said al-Jaaf's jailers give him three square meals, a comfy bed, a cash allowance and a lawyer, in keeping with the Geneva Conventions' rules for treatment of POW's. Oh yes, and the Geneva Conventions also forbid the interrogation of prisoners, so it's name, rank and serial number, period. And that, my friends, is what is known as "a more sensitive War on Terrorism."
